With over eighteen years of real estate expertise, Linda Bagley’s business is built upon an unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity. She cherishes the relationships she builds with her clients, from actively listening to their needs to position them for absolute satisfaction throughout the process, to the sustained advisement she provides long after the sale has closed. In each transaction, Linda strives to bring all parties together to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
A former brokerage owner, Linda is well versed in every aspect of the industry. She has an extensive history of land-based residential sales with a specialty in floating properties in Seattle. Linda, together with her late husband Kevin, co-founded the Lake Union Liveaboard Association (LULA), to provide resources, educate buyers and sellers, and protect the Seattle houseboat liveaboard community at large. They also helped formulate legislation in Washington State to protect houseboats and played an integral role in the movement to allow floating properties to be listed on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. When someone seeks the floating home or houseboat lifestyle in the Seattle area, they know they can rely on Linda to serve as a true guide with keen market insights, a passion for floating properties, and a deep understanding of each marina.
Linda’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty represents the next chapter in her real estate journey, one in which she will work closely with members of the firm’s team to provide exceptional service for her clientele, by land or water.
When not in the office, Linda plays as hard as she works: she enjoys life, family and friends, travel, and all things outdoors.
